A Second Lease of Life
Circlestack was born from something deeply familiar: hand-me-downs. Growing up with siblings and cousins, passing things down was just how life worked. Clothes, toys, books — they all had second, third, even fourth lives. It wasn’t a trend. It wasn’t “circularity”. It was just common sense.
That instinct faded as we got older — until some of us started our own families. Once again, hand-me-downs made their way into our homes. And once again, they made perfect sense. Buying new started to feel unnecessary. Wasteful, even.
Around the same time, something shifted. Second-hand was no longer niche — it was becoming a movement. But a crucial piece was missing: brands. The very source of production wasn’t part of the solution. Without their participation, the loop stayed broken.
So we set out to fix that.
Over the past year, we’ve been building Circlestack — not just as a resale tool, but as a robust circular infrastructure layer for brands. We’ve spent this time heads down: designing, testing, and refining a platform that helps brands operationalize circularity at scale.
Circlestack connects resale, returns, trade-ins, refurbishment, and remarketing into one intelligent, end-to-end system. It integrates into existing brand workflows — from inventory and logistics to finance and customer experience — and turns reverse logistics from a cost center into a growth engine.
Our platform is powered by smart software and a growing network of circular 3PLs across Europe. It's designed to help brands unlock value from unsold, returned, or imperfect inventory — not just to reduce waste, but to recover margin and deliver on their sustainability goals.
